Commercial Automobile Policy - From a Legal Perspective
In general, we find that our insureds and prospects have a good degree of comfort as to what their commercial automobile insurance policy provides. But how does that understanding hold up in the bright lights of a court room? This seminar will discuss certain aspects of the Commercial Automobile insurance policy and the legal implications of properly executing the risk management strategies surrounding this exposure and the perils of improper execution. GEB teams up with attorneys from Hailey, McNamara, Hall, Larmann & Papale, LLP to present a point/counterpoint perspective on this important coverage.
Registration, breakfast & networking will begin at 8:30 am. The seminar will begin at 9:00 am and will last until approximately 10:30 am.
