Lauren Steinhardt, Producer, Gillis, Ellis & Baker:
A graduate of Louisiana State University, Lauren joined GEB in 2013, with a focus on high-end personal and commercial accounts. She completed the National Alliance School for Producer Development and is actively involved in continuing studies related to Property and Casualty insurance.
Alec Fritchie, Producer, Gillis, Ellis & Baker:
Prior to joining GEB in 2014, Alec's experience included working as the Military Legislative Assistant in Washington, DC for Congressman John Culberson, Chair of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Military Construction and Veteran’s Affairs. He also previously worked for Korn/Ferry International in Dallas, TX. Alec earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Texas Christian University.
Doug Mills, CPCU - EVP/COO, Gillis, Ellis & Baker:
With his leadership and vision, Doug oversees ongoing systems and procedures at GEB, ensuring financial strength and operating efficiency. He began his insurance career in 1981 in a family owned agency, and has been with GEB since 2001. He returned to school in 1982-83 to earn a degree in Risk Management & Insurance from The College of Insurance in New York City (now part of the Peter J. Rubin College of Business at St. John’s University). In his insurance career, Doug has worked as both an independent agent and a direct writer, as well as in the role of a producer and a field underwriter. He earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 1988, and is a graduate of Jesuit High School and Louisiana State University.
