She is passionate about promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and serves on the NOLA SHRM Board as Diversity Director. She launched the organization’s first Diversity and Inclusion Book Club with the intent to proactively engage HR Professionals in dialogue that will prepare them to facilitate conversations around sensitive topics.
Victoria obtained a Diversity & Inclusion Professionals Certificate from the Cornell University Industrial Labor Relations School in New York. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Mississippi, a Management Development Program certification from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, and training certification from the Association for Talent Development. She was honored with the 2015 Phenomenal Woman Award from the Greater Los Angeles YWCA.
Victoria is a New Orleans native who got away for more than 20 years, but has recently returned home. Her passion for creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplaces is evident to all who work with her.
