We have been working hand in hand with weather authorities to monitor the system and ensure the safety of each of our guests. We assure you that we have taken every precaution possible.\n\n\n\nBelow are a few details about the event:\n\n\n The event will be held 100% indoors\n If you are attending the VIP party\, please feel free to drop off your date at the entrance and park in the VIP parking area with the parking pass that was mailed to you.\n For those not attending the VIP party\, please feel free to drop off your date at the entrance prior to heading to the Zephyr parking lot to park.\n We have limo buses available in the Zephyr parking lot that will drive as close to your car as possible in order to pick you up. Weather permitting\, we will also have a tent available.\n We will have umbrellas and ponchos available on the bus for you to use to get from the bus into the training facility.\n Attire for the event is black tie optional. We highly recommend for ladies to wear flats\, wedges\, or thick heels. We will be on turf for the entirety of the event.\n\n The silent Auction is open and ready for your bid!
