Prosper Jefferson: Company Culture

Brittney Conway
Delta Administrative Services, Human Resources Manager

Brittney Conway, Human Resources Manager, brings over 10 years of Human Resources experience to the Delta team. Brittney is a National Society of Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), an active member of the national and local SHRM chapters and has specialized for several years in healthcare compliance. 
Brittney and her team of HR professionals are easily accessible and bring a warm personal approach to Human Resources. She is passionate about ensuring all Delta clients feel supported, confident, and secure in their business decisions; whether it be supporting growth, writing policies and handbooks, assisting in making difficult decisions that may affect employees, or simply offering reassurance regarding compliance requirements. 
In her spare time, Brittney enjoys reading, traveling, hiking, and music. 

 

Adrienne Roth, SHRM-SCP, MBA
Louisiana Society of Human Resource Management (NOLA SHRM), President, New Orleans
Director of Training, Employer Brand Central

Adrienne Roth has a long history in Human Resources with a strong focus on recruiting, training and development, employee engagement, and corporate culture. As a Senior Certified Professional Adrienne is a longtime Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) member and a recent New Orleans SHRM president and board member.
She has used her MBA by bringing a strategic and bottom-line-focused perspective to family-owned companies, large government organizations, national corporations, and everything in between. 
As a former middle school teacher, Adrienne is well suited to develop curriculum and training in sales, marketing, leadership, and management.  She is well-versed in HRIS implementation and customization and online learning platforms, which is why she leads Employer Brand Central?s signature training programs and helps develop custom programs for EBC?s customers.

 

Rocsean Spencer, MCA
New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, Chief Diversity Officer

 
Rocsean Spencer, MCA is the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center?s First Chief Diversity Officer. Her role is the first named of any convention center in the country. Spencer is tasked with supporting the organization's policies and directives that mitigate bias, increase equitable outcomes, foster respect, and inclusion, and ensure that our communications and People Services programs reflect our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) goals. She is also tasked with overseeing the Small Business Department and Mentor Protégé Program (MoMentor).
Spencer most recently served as the Convention Center?s First Small and Emerging Business (SEB) Program Director, a position that was created in 2019 to help promote the importance of diverse and small business inclusion at the Convention Center.
In this role, Spencer was tasked with developing and managing the Small and Emerging Business Opportunity Program, which is a small business program and a DBE set aside program.
 
She also serves as liaison between the Authority, the governing board of the center, internal stakeholders, and the community. Under Spencer?s leadership the center has awarded over $52 million in contracts to Small and Emerging Businesses.
Spencer came to the Convention Center from the City of New Orleans, Office of Supplier Diversity. She served as Certification Officer, where she reviewed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) certification applications and attended State and Local DBE (SLDBE) program outreach events. She was later promoted to Compliance Officer, where she managed a portfolio of $150 million dollars of Public and Private Sector funds. In that role, she also supervised the DBE program, where she managed the SLDBE Certification Department as SLDBE Certification Coordinator.
Mrs. Spencer is a skilled and proven leader with sound knowledge of developing and administering small business and compliance programs, including DBE Programs, Supplier Diversity Programs and Contract/Compliance administration. She has broad knowledge about trends, movements and policy development to stimulate appropriate programming direction in the areas of equity and inclusion.
Mrs. Spencer earned her B.A. in Public Administration from Southern University at New Orleans.
She also earned her Master?s in Contract Compliance Certification from American Contract Compliance Association and Morgan State University for Continuing and Professional Studies.
In addition to her memberships in several professional and community organizations, Mrs. Spencer serves as a committee member on the City of New Orleans, SLDBE Appeals Committee and a board member for The Middleburg Institution. 
Aside from her professional life, Mrs. Spencer is the wife of 28 yrs. to Mr. Duane Spencer and together they have three sons.
