OnPath FCU Collects Over 1,000 Pounds of Non-Perishable Food Items Across Metro
METAIRIE, La. - This past holiday season, OnPath Federal Credit Union kicked off its “Be Fearless to Give” campaign that encouraged members and employees to donate nonperishable food items at local branches across the New Orleans Metro area. Donations were given to local area food banks including Second Harvest Food Bank, NorthShore Food Bank, and Good Samaritan Food Bank in Thibodaux. Through the generosity of their members and staff, the credit union is proud to report that as of December 28th, 2022 they were able to donate over 1,000 lbs. of nonperishable food items, that helped to ensure everyone in their communities had full tables not just for the holidays, but every day.
As part of their ongoing mission, OnPath is committed to advocating for their members and the communities they serve. OnPath FCU would like to send thanks to everyone for their generosity in 2022, and feels confident that its members and staff will rise to the challenge of donating even more in the new year.
