Attendees will learn about Build Now’s newest initiative – Own Now NOLA – a program designed to repopulate our Katrina affected neighborhoods by offering newly constructed homes to first responders, first time home buyers, elderly, and others with moderate income.  Additional information will be provided on how to qualify to receive the City of New Orleans’ soft second mortgage funding, along with other green building incentives.
